Brioche Bun
Caribbean Slaw Mix
Lime Juice (for slaw)
Flame Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Blend, thawed and drained
Sriracha
Mayonnaise
Cilantro, freshly chopped
Jerk Seasoning, commercially prepared
Directions
Step 1
Mix the Caribbean slaw mix and lime juice together.
Step 2
Mix in the flame roasted pineapple and pepper blend, sriracha, mayonnaise, cilantro and seasoning into the Caribbean slaw mix. Hold cold for serving.
Step 3
From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.
Step 4
Toast the brioche bun and place the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet onto the bottom bun. Top with the Caribbean slaw mix and the top bun to finish before serving.
