Get a little creative and Greece-y with this globally-inspired sandwich. Classic Philly beef slices, browned with spices and red onion, form the epicenter. On a tradiitonal long hoagie roll, melt a few slices of gouda cheese, then scoop the steak mixture onto the base. Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and spinach, and finish off with crumbled feta and seasonings.
