Beef Burrito Recipe

Beef, melty jack cheese, black beans, rice and tomatoes. Sides of guacamole, salsa and salsa verde.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

4 oz.Philadelphia Pre-Cooked Steak Co Cooked Sliced Beef Steak
4 10” flour tortillas
1 Tbspcanola or other neutral oil
1 cupshredded Monterrey Jack cheese
15 ozcan black beans
1 cupcup Mexican rice
¼ cup salsa verde
½  cupguacamole
½ cup sour cream
Directions

Step 1 - In a small pan over medium-low heat, heat the beans and beef until warm, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 2 - Assemble the burritos: Add a layer of cheese, followed by the rice, steak and beans. Evenly distribute the toppings and roll tightly.

Step 3 - If you would like to crisp the burrito, melt 1 tablespoon canola oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
