Traditional Buffalo chicken Dip (creamy with bubbling cheese on top) served in an oven safe bowl with sides of celery, carrots and nacho chips.

|8 oz.||Original Philly® Chicken Sandwich Slices, 4 oz|
|1 Tbsp||unsalted butter|
|1/2 cup||Buffalo style hot sauce|
|4 oz||cream cheese|
|¼ cup||sour cream|
|½ cup||shredded mozzarella|
|¼ cup||crumbled blue cheese|
|¼ cup||green onion, sliced, for garnish|
Step 1 - Heat oven to 400. In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium-high heat, about one minute per side.
Step 2 - Using a fork or spatula, shred the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat then add the cooked chicken and hot sauce until everything is combined, about 2 minutes.
Step 3 - Turn off the heat, then stir in cream cheese and sour cream until everything is combined. Transfer to a 1 quart oven proof baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4 - Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble.
Step 5 - Top with crumbled blue cheese and green onion. Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, or tortilla chips.
