Crispy Chicken Lentil Bowl Recipe

Goodness in every bite. A comforting lentil bowl with quinoa, sweet potatoes, greens and roasted cauliflower, all topped with Tyson Red Label® Golden Crispy Boneless Wings and a lemon cilantro sauce on the side.

Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters

5 Ea.

Cauliflower, Florets, Fresh, Rstd

2 Ea.

Herb, Dill, Fresh, Sprig

3 Ea.

Cilantro, Fresh, Leaf, Picked

As garnish

Sauce, Lemon, Cilantro (Sub Recipe)

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 3 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a prepared wire rack at 135 degrees F.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Place sweet potato puree into the bottom of the serving bowl.

Step 2: Place mixed salad greens into the center of the dish on top of the sweet potato puree.

Step 3: Place the green lentils over the mixed salad greens.

Step 4: Remove the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Chunk Fritters from the wire rack and place them onto the center of the dish.

Step 5: Place cauliflower florets around the rim of the bowl.

Step 6: Garnish with dill and cilantro.

Step 9: Serve as needed with lemon cilantro sauce on the side.

Yogurt, Greek, Plain, Prepared

2 Tbsp

Juice, Lemon, Fresh, Sqzd

1 tsp.

Oil, Olive, Ex Virgin

¼ tsp.

Salt, Kosher

1 tsp.

Cilantro, Fresh, Chpd

Directions (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Place Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and salt into a food processor.

Step 2: Process all until smooth.

Step 3: Remove from food processor and place into a container.

Step 4: Add in chopped cilantro and mix to combine.

Step 5: Serve as needed.
