Chicken Ramen Broth Bowl Recipe

Ramen bowls continue to be the rage and this dish is a flavor bomb. Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips are placed in a bowl filled with a rich broth and tender noodles, all topped with a halved boiled egg.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
4 Oz.Ramen Noodle - Commercially Prepared
6 Oz.Ginger Soy Chicken Broth -Commercially Prepared
1 Oz.Broccoli Florets - Trimmed & Roasted
6 Ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Small
2 Ea.Whole Fresh Eggs, Soft Boiled and Halfed
3 Ea.Red Radish - Fresh & Sliced Thin
1 Tbsp.Green Scallion Onion, Sliced, 1/4 inch
1 tsp.Hot Sauce - Commercially Prepared

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 350°F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 3: Cook for approximately 14-17 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Step 4: Remove from oven and hold.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Place ramen noodles into a serving bowl.

Step 2: Pour ginger soy chicken broth over ramen noodles.

Step 3: Starting from the top, going clockwise, place roasted broccoli into the prepared ramen.

Step 4: Place the Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips next to the roasted broccoli.

Step 5: Place the soft-boiled egg halves next to the Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

Step 6: Place the sliced radish, in a line, next to the soft-boiled eggs.

Step 7: Place the scallions into the center of the bowl.

Step 8: Drizzle with hot sauce.

Step 9: Serve as needed.
