Chicken Ravioli with Pesto Recipe

This creamy, comfort Italian dish is a hit with guests. Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips are sauced and seasoned with pesto sauce, garlic, butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper and then layered on top of cooked cheese ravioli.

6 OzRavioli, 4 Cheese, Square (Commercially Available)
4 OzSauce, Pesto, Basil (Commercially Available)
3 OzAsparagus, Tips, Trmd, 2 inches, Blanched
2 OzTomatoes, Grape, Red, Blistered
4 OzTyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Large (Chopped & Formed)
1 tsp.Nut, Pine, Whole, Toasted
2 tsp.Cheese, Parmesan, Shredded, Fine

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Step 3: Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4: Remove from oven and hold.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Place a pot with water on medium-high heat.

Step 2: Add in salt and bring to a boil.

Step 3: Once boiling, add in ravioli and cook according to recommended instructions.

Step 4: Remove ravioli from pot and place into a mixing bowl.

Step 5: Add in pesto sauce, asparagus tips and blistered tomatoes.

Step 6: Toss to combine.

Step 7: Place a serving bowl onto a clean worksurface, place the prepared raviolis into the serving bowl.

Step 8: Top prepared raviolis with Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.

Step 9: Garnish with pine nuts and parmesan cheese.

Step 10: Serve as needed.
