Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich Recipe

Easy to prepare and easier to serve, our secret-recipe Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich features a golden crispy Tyson Red Label® chicken breast pattie baked with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serve on a warm ciabatta bun with garden fresh basil.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 Ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Pattie Fritters, 3.2 oz.
2 Tbsp.Marinara Sauce (commercially available)
1 Oz.Mozzarella Cheese, fresh
1 Ea.Ciabatta Bun
3  Ea.Basil, fresh, small whole leaves

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat a deep fryer to 350°F.

Step 2: Deep Fry the pattie(s) from frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 5 - 5 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performance, hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135°F in a dry heat environment.

Step 3: Take the Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Pattie and place it on a baking pan.

Step 4: Top the chicken breast pattie with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Step 5: Bake in a 350ºF convection oven until the cheese melts.

Step 6: Meanwhile, toast a ciabatta bun.

Step 7: Place the baked and topped chicken pattie on the toasted ciabatta bun. Top with fresh basil leaves and serve with a side of warm marinara sauce.
