Beer Cheese Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Filet is placed on a bed of savory bacon and topped with coleslaw. Served on a hearty pretzel bun with chips and a side of beer cheese sauce.

1 EA.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 3 oz.
1 EA.Pretzel Bun
1 OZ.Coleslaw, prepared
1 EAJimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked Round Bacon Slices
2 OZ.Beer Cheese, prepared
Meal Directions

Step 1 - Preheat convection oven to 350 F.

Step 2 - From frozen, place the breast filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 16-20 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 3 - Cook bacon in a single layer in convection oven for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4 - Place bacon on bottom bun, top with grilled filet, coleslaw and top bun. Serve beer cheese warm on the side with chips.
