Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz. layered between tangy heirloom tomatoes and fresh microgreens all on artisan sliced bread with a spread of herbed mayo.

1 EA.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 EA.Sourdough Artisan Bread, sliced
3 EA.Heirloom Tomato, sliced
1 oz.

Arugula, microgreens

1 tbsp.Herbed Mayonnaise, prepared
Meal Directions

Step 1 - Preheat convection oven to 350 F.

Step 2 - From frozen, place the breast filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 3 - Spread herbed mayo on top and bottom bread pieces.

Step 4 - Place arugula greens on bottom slice of bread, top with tomato slices, chicken breast and top slice of bread. Serve with lightly dressed side salad.
