Buffalo Bacon & Cheese Chicken Dip Recipe

Full of spicy buffalo sauce and drizzled with creamy ranch dressing, our Buffalo Chicken Dip is full of flavor. Build it simply with Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Grilled Diced Chicken Breast, 0.5" and Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked Bacon Pieces, add a cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend, a tangy buffalo sauce and garnish with ranch dressing and chives.

1 lb.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Grilled Diced Chicken Breast, 0.5"
8 oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 1/2" Bacon Pieces
8 oz.Cream Cheese
1 cupRanch Dressing, commercially available
1 cupBuffalo Wing Sauce, commercially available
1 Tbsp.Garlic Powder
½ cupGreen Onion, sliced
1½ cupsMozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 ½ cupsCheddar Cheese, shredded
Cook Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 2-inch half pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2 - Add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and garlic powder to a medium saucepot over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese has dissolved in the ranch and hot sauce. Remove from heat.

Step 3 - Add the diced chicken, bacon pieces, green onion, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce pot. Mix well to combine. Transfer to your prepared hotel pan and top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Step 4 - Bake for approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble. Remove it immediately.

Prep Directions

Step 1 - Add a 1-cup portion of the warm buffalo bacon and chicken cheese dip to a warm ceramic or cast-iron dish. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.

Step 2 - Serve with naan bread pieces and cut vegetables.
