Applewood Smoked Wings Recipe

With a hint of sweet and mild heat, these sweet and savory Applewood Smoked Wings feature Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Applewood Smoked Bone-In Chicken Wing Sections drizzled with a smokehouse maple dry seasoning blend and served with cut carrots, celery and a green goddess ranch dressing bathed in a host of fragrant herbs.

8 eachTyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Applewood Smoked Bone-In Wings
2 tsp.Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp.Smokehouse Maple Sasoning, available in grocery store
2 oz.Green Goddess Ranch (recipe below)
2 eachCarrot, sticks
2 eachCelery, sticks
Green Goddess Ranch Ingredients

Serving Amount – 1 Order



20 oz.Ranch Dressing (favorite retail brand)
½ tsp.Salt
½ tsp.Pepper
1 tsp.Garlic Powder
1 tsp.Onion Powder
1 Tbsp.Basil, fresh chopped
1 Tbsp.Cilantro, fresh chopped
1 Tbsp.Parsley, fresh chopped
3 Tbsp.Dill, fresh chopped
1 Tbsp.Hot Sauce (favorite retail brand)
Prep Directions

Step 1 - Deep fry frozen wings at 350°F for 3-4 minutes. Shake fryer basket a few times during cooking. 

Step 2 - Dump the fried wings into a bowl and drizzle the maple syrup on them.

Step 3 -  Add the seasoning to the wings and toss until evenly coated.

Step 4 -  Serve with green goddess ranch, carrot sticks and celery sticks.

Green Goddess Ranch Directions

Step 1 - Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Step 2 - Blend until combined and the herbs are evenly dispersed.
