So many signature flavors. Delicious, char-grilled chicken filet with slices of flamed saganaki cheese, red onions, frisée lettuce, caper-lemon aioli, peppadew and pepperoncini relish, all on a grilled and buttered brioche bun.

|1 EA.||Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.|
|1 OZ.||Halloumi, sliced|
|2-3 EA.||Red Onions, sliced rings|
|1 OZ.||Frisée Lettuce, fresh|
|1 TBSP.||Pepper Relish, prepared|
|2 OZ.||Caper-Lemon Aioli, prepared 2 oz.|
|1 EA.||Brioche Bun|
Step 1 - Preheat convection oven to 350 F.
Step 2 - From frozen, place the breast filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 F. Hold hot for hot service.
Step 3 - Roast halloumi cheese slices until browned.
Step 4 - Place lettuce and sliced onion rings on bottom bun.
Step 5 - Place grilled filet on top of lettuce and onions and top with saganaki cheese.
Step 6 - Top with pepper relish and bun. Serve aioli on the side in 2 oz. ramekin.
