|1 each||Tyson Red Label® NAE Frozen Fully Cooked Hot 'N Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Filets|
|2 oz.||Caribbean Slaw Mix|
|1 tsp.||Lime Juice (for slaw)|
|1 oz.||Flame Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Blend, thawed and drained|
|1 Tbsp.||Cilantro, freshly chopped|
|1 tsp.||Jerk Seasoning, commercially prepared|
Mix the Caribbean slaw mix and lime juice together.
Mix in the flame roasted pineapple and pepper blend, sriracha, mayonnaise, cilantro and seasoning into the Caribbean slaw mix. Hold cold for serving.
From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.
Toast the brioche bun and place the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet onto the bottom bun. Top with the Caribbean slaw mix and the top bun to finish before serving.
