2 oz. | Caribbean Slaw Mix |
1 tsp. | Lime Juice (for slaw) |
1 oz. | Flame Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Blend, thawed and drained |
1 tsp. | Sriracha |
2 Tbsp. | Mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp. | Cilantro, freshly chopped |
1 tsp. | Jerk Seasoning, commercially prepared |
Step 1
Mix the Caribbean slaw mix and lime juice together.
Step 2
Mix in the flame roasted pineapple and pepper blend, sriracha, mayonnaise, cilantro and seasoning into the Caribbean slaw mix. Hold cold for serving.
Step 3
From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz. in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.
Step 4
Toast the brioche bun and place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz. onto the bottom bun. Top with the Caribbean slaw mix and the top bun to finish before serving.
