Spicy Chicken Islander Sandwich

The ultimate savory, spicy and crispy chicken sandwich features Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz., Caribbean slaw, flame roasted pineapple and pepper blend and jerk seasoning atop a toasted brioche bun. 

Ingredients

SERVES: 1

1 eachBrioche Bun
1 eachTyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz.
2 oz.Caribbean Slaw Mix
1 tsp.Lime Juice (for slaw) 
1 oz.Flame Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Blend, thawed and drained
1 tsp.Sriracha
2 Tbsp.Mayonnaise 
1 Tbsp.Cilantro, freshly chopped
1 tsp.Jerk Seasoning, commercially prepared
Directions

Step 1

Mix the Caribbean slaw mix and lime juice together.

Step 2

Mix in the flame roasted pineapple and pepper blend, sriracha, mayonnaise, cilantro and seasoning into the Caribbean slaw mix. Hold cold for serving.

Step 3

From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz. in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.

Step 4

Toast the brioche bun and place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz. onto the bottom bun. Top with the Caribbean slaw mix and the top bun to finish before serving.
