Breakfast Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Guests will love waking up to this flavorful treat. A Tyson Red Label® Homestyle Chicken Breast Filet is placed on a brioche bun with creamy, flavorful garlic aioli, sliced tomato and a sunny-side-up egg.

1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
1 Tbsp.Garlic Aioli - Commercially Prepared
1 ea.Bacon Slices
1 ea.Brioche Bun
As garnishGreen Scallions
1 ea.Egg - Sunny Side Up
As garnishBreakfast Potatoes, commercially prepared

Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Select Cut Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.

Directions

Step 1: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350° F. (Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperate of 165° F as measured by a thermometer.

Step 2: From frozen, place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Breast Filets in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket.

Step 3: Cook the product for 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performance, hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135° F in a dry heat environment.

Step 4: Place bun down, garlic aioli, chicken filet, bacon slices, sunny side egg, green scallions

Step 5: Serve alongside breakfast potatoes.
