Roasted Chicken Caesar Flatbread Recipe

A popular flavor that’s a “can’t-miss” with guests. Tyson Red Label® Roasted Chicken Breast Filets are topped with lemon pepper ranch, sliced lettuce, thin red onion slices and grated Parmesan cheese, all on a crispy flatbread.

Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.

1 ea.

Flatbread, par-baked, frozen 12” x 5”

3 oz.

Romaine Lettuce, thin sliced

1 oz.

Red Onion, julienne

8 ea.

Cherry Tomato, halved

1 Tbsp.

Parmesan, shredded

2 oz.

Lemon Pepper Ranch, prepared

Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 3 oz.


Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 18-22 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 3: Cook flatbread according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 4: Evenly distribute lettuce, tomato and onion over flatbread.

Step 5: Slice chicken and plate evenly over lettuce and vegetables.

Step 6: Drizzle lemon pepper ranch evenly over chicken and lettuce. Garnish with shredded Parmesan.
