|6 oz.||Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Slices|
|1/4 tsp. Ea.||Salt, Pepper|
|4 Ea.||Pocket-style Pitas, split in half and cut into 24 wedges|
|3 Tbsp.||Olive Oil|
|2 Cups||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|2 Cups||Lettuce, sliced|
|1 Ea.||Tomato, diced|
|1/2 Cup||Red onion, chopped|
|1/3 Cup||Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|2 Tbsp.||White Vinegar|
|1/2 tsp. Ea.||Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Oregano Salt|
Step 1: Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F.
Step 2: Place Sirloin Beef Steak on the flat top grill.
Step 3: After the steak has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once.
Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and season with salt and pepper. The beef should have an even brown appearance when completely cooked.
Step 5: Remove beef from the grill and set aside. Let it cool.
Step 6: Toss the pita wedges with olive oil. Lay flat on a two-rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 7: Bake in a 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand for 10 minutes or until crisp.
Step 8: Increase the oven temperature to 400°F.
