A Steak-EZE® Brand Recipe: Beef with Broccoli (large single serving) tossed with soy ginger garlic sauce and garnished with sesames with a side of rice if needed.

|16 oz.||Steak-EZE® Marinated Fast BreakAway® Beef Slices|
|2/3 Cup||Low-sodium soy sauce, divided|
|1 Ea.||Juice of 1/2 lime|
|3 tbsp.||Packed brown sugar, divided|
|2 tbsp.||Cornstarch, divided|
|To desire||Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|2 tbsp.||Vegetable oil|
|3 Ea.||Garlic cloves, mined|
|1/3 Cup||Low-sodium beef (or chicken) broth|
|2 tsp.||Sriracha (optional)|
|1 Head||Broccoli, cut into florets|
|To desire||Sesame seeds, for garnish|
|2 Ea.||Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish|
Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk 1/3 cup soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch until combined.
Step 2: On a flat top grill over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Step 3: Add steak slices, cook until seared, about 1 minute per side. Separate slices into strips and pieces until cooked.
Step 4: Remove steak and set aside. Add all elements to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 5: Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 6: Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch until garlic is coated, then stir in broth, remaining 2 tablespoons brown sugar, remaining 1/3 cup soy sauce, and Sriracha.
Step 7: Bring mixture to a simmer. Add broccoli and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes.
Step 8: Season sauce with salt and pepper (if necessary), then return steak to skillet.
Step 9: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
