1 Ea. | 8 Oz. flatbread |
3 Tbsp. | Olive Oil |
To Desire | Kosher Salt and Black Pepper |
1 Tsp. | Oregano |
1 Ea. | Red Onion, thinly sliced |
1 Cup | Cherry Tomatoes |
1 Cup | Arugula |
2 Tbsp. | Fresh Lemon JuiceBoston Bibb Lettuce |
1/2 Cup | Parmesan, grated |
Step 1: Heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2: Melt one tablespoon of olive oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3: Add the beef, searing each side for about a minute then breaking it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon until fully cooked.
Step 4: Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Step 5: Place the flatbread on a lightly oiled baking sheet and top with the remaining oil.
Step 6: Add the beef, red onion, and cherry tomatoes and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 7: Sprinkle the flatbread with arugula, a squeeze of lemon and Parmesan and serve immediately.
