Chicken and Steak Tacos

Chicken Tacos:

These tacos pack a flavorful punch featuring Tyson® Fully Cooked All Natural* Low Sodium Diced Chicken Breast sauteed with southwest taco seasoning, chili lime corn seasoning, cotija cheese and fresh cilantro. They cook up juicy and tender with bold Tex-Mex flavors. Serve it inside a Mexican Original® 6.25" White Corn Tortilla.

Steak Tacos:

Juicy, bright and flavorful, these steak tacos are easy to make featuring Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Steak and Mexican Original® 6.25" White Corn Tortillas. Lightly season the beef, cook on flat top grill and place in warm tortilla shell. Add shredded red cabbage, pineapple pico de gallo, sweety drop peppers and fresh cilantro.

8 oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces 1/2"
8 oz.Cream Cheese
1 cupRanch Dressing, commercially available
1 cupBuffalo Wing Sauce, commercially available
1 Tbsp.Garlic Powder
½ cupGreen Onion, sliced
1½ cupsMozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 ½ cupsCheddar Cheese, shredded
Prep Ingredients

1 cupBuffalo Bacon Cheese Dip, warm
6 eachNaan Bread Pieces
2 eachCarrot Sticks
2 eachCelery Sticks
4 eachRed Pepper Slices
4 eachCucumber Slices
Cook Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 2-inch half pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2 - Add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and garlic powder to a medium saucepot over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese has dissolved in the ranch and hot sauce. Remove from heat.

Step 3 - Add the diced chicken, bacon pieces, green onion, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce pot. Mix well to combine. Transfer to your prepared hotel pan and top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Step 4 - Bake for approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble. Remove it immediately.

Prep Directions

Step 1 - Add a 1-cup portion of the warm buffalo bacon and chicken cheese dip to a warm ceramic or cast-iron dish. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.

Step 2 - Serve with naan bread pieces and cut vegetables.
