Chicken Shawarma Recipe

2 eachPita Wrap, warmed (commercially available)
4 oz.Yogurt Sauce (sub recipe)
12 oz.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Wood Fire Seasoned Chicken Breast Strips
1 oz.Red Onions, sliced thin
2 oz.English Cucumber, sliced thin
4 oz.Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
2 oz.Kalamata Olives, halved
½ ozCapers, non-pareil, drained
2 Tbsp.Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 tsp.Fresh Oregano, picked
Yogurt Sauce  

Yield – 8 oz.



8 oz.Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp.Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
½ tsp.Garlic Clove, minced
¼ tsp.Fresh Mint, chopped
¼ tsp.Fresh Dill, minced
1/8 tsp.Ground Cumin, dried
1/8 tsp.Ground Coriander, dried
¼ tsp.Kosher Salt
Meal Directions

Step 1 -  Place both warmed pita wraps onto a clean worksurface.

Step 2 -  Spread yogurt sauce down the center of each pita wrap.

Step 3 -  Place the remaining ingredients in order onto the pita wrap.

Step 4 - Serve as needed.

Step 1 - Place a stainless bowl onto a clean worksurface.

Step 2 -  Place all ingredients in the stainless bowl and mix them together until well combined.

Step 3 -  Serve as needed
