Beef Ramen Soup Recipe

Beef broth is simmered with garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Cooked ramen noodles are served in bowls and topped with broth, thinly sliced green onion, a soft cooked egg, Steak-EZE® sliced steak and matchstick carrots.

Ingredients

4 oz.The Original Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Beef Steak, Lightly Marinated, 4 oz
6 CupsBeef Broth
2 CupsWater
1 Tbsp.Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp.Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp.Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Lb.Ramen Noodles, cooked
4 Ea.Soft-Cooked Eggs
2 Ea.Green Onions, sliced
2 Ea.Carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
Directions

Step 1: Preheat the flat top grill to 350°F.

Step 2: Place the Flat Steak on the flat top grill.

Step 3: After the steak has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once.

Step 4: As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasonings.

Step 5: Remove from the heat and thinly slice into strips.

Step 6: Set aside. In a large saucepan, heat the beef broth and water until simmering.

Step 7: Add fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.

Step 8: Add the noodles and beef slices and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes to heat through.

Step 9: Serve the noodles, beef and broth in large bowls.

Step 10: Top with eggs, green onions and carrots.
