Boil:
Thaw in Refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F.
Boil
Heat water to boil. Add franks and simmer until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.
Grill:
Thaw in Refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F.
Roller Grill
Pre-heat roller grill on medium for 15-20 minutes. Cook franks to an internal temperature of 140°F.
Microwave:
Thaw in Refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F.
Microwave
Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave heat for 30-60 seconds. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 minute prior to serving.
Steam:
Thaw in Refrigerator for 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35-40°F.
Steamer
Prepare steam table pan. Place single layer of franks in pan, close door, and steam until an internal temperature of 140°F is reached.
