Spicy Chicken Pickle Sandwich Recipe

A buttery brioche bun layered with crisp lettuce, zesty pickle ranch and a Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filet topped with tangy pickle de gallo for a bold, crunchy bite.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Brioche Bun
1 ea.Leaf Lettuce
2 oz.Pickle Ranch, prepared
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filet, 5.2 oz.
2 tbsp.Pickle De Gallo, prepared
Directions

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 375°F with fans on full. 

Step 2: Place frozen breaded breast filets on a wire rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Do not stack or shingle. Cook breaded breast filets for 19 to 22 minutes. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Lightly toast the top and bottom brioche bun.

Step 4: Evenly spread pickle ranch on the bottom brioche bun.

Step 5: Add leaf lettuce directly on top of pickle ranch.

Step 6: Plate the cooked breast filet on top of the lettuce.

Step 7: Spoon pickle de gallo over the chicken breast filet.

Step 8: Place the top bun over the assembled ingredients to complete the sandwich.
