Pickle Pickle Burger Recipe

A soft brioche bun stacked with fresh lettuce and tomato, a juicy The PUB® Burger To Go, zesty pickle ranch and a tangy kick of pickle de gallo for a fresh twist on a classic.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Brioche Bun
1 ea.Leaf Lettuce
1 ea.Tomato, slice
2 oz.Pickle Ranch, prepared
1 ea.The PUB® Burger To Go, 70/3 oz. 
2 tbsp.Pickle De Gallo, prepared
Directions

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Heat burger patty from frozen for 9-11 minutes or until internal temperature exceeds 140°F. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Lightly toast the top and bottom brioche bun.

Step 4: Evenly spread pickle ranch on the bottom brioche bun.

Step 5: Add leaf lettuce directly on top of pickle ranch then lay the tomato slice on top of the lettuce.

Step 6: Plate the cooked burger patty on top of the tomato slice.

Step 7: Spoon pickle de gallo over burger patty.

Step 8: Place the top bun over the assembled ingredients to complete the sandwich.
