Step 1: Split hoagie roll open lengthwise - make sure to leave the backside hinged. Toast lightly.
Step 2: Lay provolone cheese along the inside of the roll.
Step 3: Top with hot buffalo chicken filling and evenly distribute along the roll.
Step 4: Garnish with giardiniera.
Step 5: Serve warm.
Buffalo Chicken Filling
Step 1: In a steamer or boiling pot of water, heat sliced chicken meat in bag until hot.
Step 2: Cut bag open and drain excess broth from chicken meat. You can discard broth or save for another recipe.
Step 3: Fold buffalo sauce into meat. Hold hot for service.
