Step 1: Preheat a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Step 2: Place chorizo crumbles into sauté pan.
Step 3: Cook for approximately 2 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Place chorizo crumbles into the bottom of a serving bowl.
Step 5: Place scrambled eggs on top of the chorizo crumbles.
