4 oz.Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Fully Cooked Pork Chorizo Crumbles
4 oz.Fresh Scrambled Eggs
3 oz.Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch Diced
2 oz.Roasted Bell Peppers, Blend (Commercially Available)
2 oz.Roasted Red Tomatoes (Commercially Available)
1 oz.Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
1 tsp.Minced Onion Chives
Directions

Step 1: Preheat a sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Place chorizo crumbles into sauté pan.

Step 3: Cook for approximately 2 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4: Place chorizo crumbles into the bottom of a serving bowl.

Step 5: Place scrambled eggs on top of the chorizo crumbles.

Step 6: Sprinkle the entire bowl with bacon pieces.

Step 7: Spread roasted bell pepper blend and roasted tomatoes over entire dish.

Step 8: Sprinkle with Monterey Jack shredded cheese.

Step 9: Garnish with minced chives.

Step 10: Serve as needed.
