½ Cup5 CupsPeppers, Flame-Roasted Unseasoned Peppers & Onions (Commercially Available)
2.5 Oz.25 Oz.AdvancePierre™ Philly Beef Steak, 2.50 oz.
5 Ea.50 Ea.Peppers, Jalapeno, Slices (Commercially Available)
2 Tbsp1 ¼ CupPineapple, Fresh, Peeled, Diced, Small
1 ½ Oz.15 Oz.Sauce, Sweet & Spicy, Chili (Commercially Available)
1 ½ Oz.15 Oz.Sauce, Sriracha, Aioli (Sub Recipe)
1 tsp.3 TbspOnions, Scallions, Green, Sliced, Thin
½ tsp1 ½ TbspCilantro, Fresh, Chopped

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Remove product from pouch and arrange product in a single layer in a 2-inch hotel pan.

Step 3: Break up any large pieces and cover with foil. Heat for 15 – 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Step 4: Drain off excess fat after cooking.

Step 5: Remove from hotel pan and serve as needed.

Step 6: Place Walking Taco Tostitos® Reduced Fat Crispy Round Tortilla Chips onto a clean work surface.

Step 7: Open packaging and top with peppers and onions and AdvancePierre™ Philly Beef Steak.

Step 8: Place the jalapeno slices and pineapple on top of AdvancePierre™ Philly Beef Steak.

Step 9: Drizzle entire bag with sweet & spicy chili sauce and sriracha aioli.

Step 10: Sprinkle with green onions and cilantro and serve as needed.


Sub Recipe Directions

Sriracha Aioli

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together to combine.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and store under refrigeration.

Step 4: Use as needed.
