Truffle Aioli

1/2 tsp. | Garlic, grated with a microplane |
1 tsp. | Dijon, mustard |
2 tsp. | Truffle Oil |
1 tbsp. | Lemon Juice |
1 tsp | Black Truffle, grated with a microplane |
Step 1: Caramelize beef on a flat top or in a saute pan over medium high heat 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Arrange the provolone slices over the beef and allow cheese to melt. 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the roll on the flat top. Make sure to keep it hinged, do not completely separate the top and bottom of the hoagie.
Step 4: Spread the truffle aioli on the bottom of the hoagie, and transfer the cheesy beef mixture onto the roll, distributing it evenly along the length of the bun.
Step 5: Use a mandolin to shave the truffle thinly and fan across the length of the bun tucked in over the meat.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with truffle fries for a luxe experience.

Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
Step 2: Store cold and hold for service.
