This toasted flatbread brings together the smoky richness of thin-sliced Black Oak™ sausage, the sweet depth of caramelized onions and the creamy tang of whipped goat cheese. Finished with crispy, earthy fried sage and a balsamic drizzle.

Step 1: Pre heat covection oven to 425°F.
Step 2: Slice sausage on a bias.
Step 3: Lay flat bread on a parchment lined sheet tray. Top with sliced sausage, dollops of goat cheese, and caramelized onion evenly distributed across the flat bread.
Step 4: Place tray in oven and cook 4-5 minutes or until hot and cheese starts to brown.
Step 5: Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Slice into 4-6 pieces before transfering to final plate.
Step 6: Garnish with balsamic drizzle and fried sage. Serve warm.
