Chicken Bacon and Ranch Flatbread Recipe

Comfort food with a sweet, savory spin! Our crispy, juicy Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites on a pillowy soft-yet-crisp flatbread, smeared with caramelized sweet onion jam and topped with bacon, tender roasted mushrooms, smoked gouda, mozzarella, roasted red pepper strips and creamy ranch dressing. Garnish with freshly chopped chives.

Alternative Product Name: Tyson® Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks



Step 1: Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Step 2: To assemble each flatbread: Spread 1 oz. each of gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses over crust. Top with 2 oz. of onion jam, 1 oz. of roasted mushrooms, 3 oz. of Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites, 2 oz. of Hillshire Farm® Bakin’ Bacon™, and 1 oz. of roasted red peppers.

Step 3: Bake in oven for 4 minutes.

Step 4: Finish off with a drizzle of ranch dressing and fresh chives.
