1 tbsp.Pimento Cheese Dry Rub (Sub-Recipe)
2 oz.Pickled Green Tomatoes, Prepared and Quartered
1 tbsp.Scallion Greens, Sliced Thin
4-5 ea.Sweety Drop Peppers, Garnish

Pimento Cheese Dry Rub

YIELD: 1/3 CUP - 5 Portions

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp.Cheddar Cheese Powder
1 tsp.Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp.Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp.Onion Powder
1 tsp.Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp.Ground Mustard
Directions

Step 1: Deep fry wings from frozen at 350°F for 6-7 minutes. Hold hot for service.

Step 2: Toss wings in pimento cheese rub until evenly coated.

Step 3: Place wings on service plate then garnish with pickled green tomato slices, sweety drop peppers and sprinkle of sliced scallion greens. Serve immediately.
