1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Thick Bacon Slices
2 oz.Spinach - Fresh
1 ea.Tomato - Sliced
1/2 oz.Red Onion - Julienne
1 oz.Avocado - Sliced
1 tbsp.Green Goddess Ranch (Sub-Recipe)

Green Goddess Ranch

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
2 cu.Ranch, Prepared
1/2 cu.Tarragon, Fresh, Picked
Directions

Step 1: Cook filet. Hold hot for service.

Step 2: Cook bacon. Hold hot for service.

Step 3: Place spinach on bottom of croissant, top with slice of tomato, red onion and avocado slices.

Step 4: Drizzle green goddess ranch over avocado.

Step 5: Top with grilled filet and bacon folded in half.  Top with croissant and serve warm.

Step 1: In a blender, combine ranch and picked tarragon leaves. Blend and hold cold for service.
