Classic American Cheesesteak Recipe

Tender sliced steak paired with sautéed onions, bell peppers and topped with a white cheese sauce stuffed in a warm and toasted hoagie roll.

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 1 Sandwich

4 OZ.The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak, Non Marinated, 4 oz
1 EA.Hoagie roll, 6-inch
1 OZ.White onions
1 OZ.Green Bell Peppers
1 OZ.White Cheese Sauce

 

 

Directions

Prep Time: 10 min.

Cook Time: 5 min.

Step 1. On a flat top grill cook sliced steak, sauté onions and mushrooms and mix all together.

Step 2. Toast the hoagie roll and place the roll over the top of the meat and sautéed vegetables and plate with a heavy drizzle of white cheese sauce over the top.
