Chipotle Maple BBQ Sauce

2 cupsKetchup
1 cupMaple Syrup
1/2 cupApple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cupWorcestershire
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1/4 cupChipotle, Puree, Prepared
1/8 cupDijon Mustard
1 tbsp.Smoked Paprika
1 tbsp.Garlic Powder
1 tbsp.Onion Powder
Directions

Step 1: Pre heat convection oven to 350°F. Lay chicken breast flat on sheet tray and cook from frozen 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and glaze with some bbq sauce while cooling. Hold warm for service.

Step 2: Toast bun then plate fillet on bottom bun, top with more sauce, slaw and pickles.

Step 3: Finish with fried onion rings and strings and bun top. Serve warm.

Step 1: Mix all together and hold cold for service. Transfer to a squeeze bottle for service.

Alternate Directions

Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
