Sweet Maple Vinaigrette

1 cup | Maplye Syrup |
1 cup | Apple Cider Vinegar |
2 oz. | Dijon Mustard |
2 cups | Extra Virgine Olive Oil |
1 tbsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Black Pepper |
1 tbsp. | Minced Garlic |
2 tbsp. | Shallot, Bruniose |
Step 1: Toss kale in 1 oz. of maple vinaigrette and plate in the bottom of a large bowl.
Step 2: Plate roasted butternut, sliced apple, hard boil egg, pecans, and cheddar crumbles over the top of salad.
Step 3: Plate bacon scattered over salad. Slice chicken breast and glace with vinaigrette. Plate over top of salad.
Sweet Maple Vinaigrette
Step 1: Mix all and hold cold for service. Best mixed ahead of time to allow flavors to come together.
Alternate Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together to well combined.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
