2 oz.Sweet Maple Vinaigrette

Sweet Maple Vinaigrette

Yield: 32oz

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 cupMaplye Syrup
1 cupApple Cider Vinegar
2 oz.Dijon Mustard
2 cupsExtra Virgine Olive Oil
1 tbsp.Salt
1 tsp.Black Pepper
1 tbsp.Minced Garlic
2 tbsp.Shallot, Bruniose
Directions

Step 1: Toss kale in 1 oz. of maple vinaigrette and plate in the bottom of a large bowl.

Step 2: Plate roasted butternut, sliced apple, hard boil egg, pecans, and cheddar crumbles over the top of salad.

Step 3: Plate bacon scattered over salad. Slice chicken breast and glace with vinaigrette. Plate over top of salad.

Sweet Maple Vinaigrette

Step 1: Mix all and hold cold for service. Best mixed ahead of time to allow flavors to come together.

Alternate Directions

Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients together to well combined.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
