Cajun Beef Bites Recipe

6 ea.State Fair® Uncooked Breaded Beef Bites 
1 tsp.Cajun Seasoning
2 oz.Creole Gravy (Sub-Recipe)
4 oz.Wild Rice, instant, prepared
3-4 ea.Pickled Okra
1/2 oz.Parsley Leaf, garnish

Creole Gravy

4 cu.Gravy, prepared
2 tbsp.Cajun Seasoning
Directions

Step 1: Fry beef bites at 350°F or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Dust with Cajun seasoning and hold hot for service.

Step 2: Heat wild rice according to manufacturer's intructions and hold hot.

Step 3: Plate rice in the bottom of serving bowl, then plate beef bites over rice.

Step 4: Garnish with pickled okra and drizzle creole gravy over beef bites.

Step 5: Garnish with parsley leaves and serve warm.

Step 1: Prepare or heat gravy according to manufacturer's instructions. 

Step 2: Add Cajun seasoning and hold hot.
