Maple Candied Jalapeños
YIELD: 4 OZ.

3/4 cup | Rice Wine Vinegar |
1/4 cup | Room Temperature Water |
1/4 cup | Maple Syrup |
1/4 cup | Granulated White Sugar |
1/2 tsp. | Kosher Salt |
Hot Honey Butter Sauce
YIELD: 4 OZ.

1/4 cup | Unsalted Butter, Softened |
2 tbsp. | Honey |
2 tbsp. | Sriracha Sauce - Prepared |
1/4 tsp. | Red Pepper Flake |
Step 1: Cook breaded beef bites according to recommended methods (Fry at 350°F for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes until internal temperature is greater than 165°F) and reserve warm.
Step 2: Place a serving plate onto a clean worksurface.
Step 3: Stack three waffles onto the center of the plate.
Step 4: Place the breaded beef bites on top of the waffles.
Step 5: Drizzle the entire dish with hot honey butter.
Step 6: Place candied jalapeños around the entire dish.
Step 7: Dust the entire dish with powdered sugar.
Step 8: Serve as needed.
Maple Candied Jalapeños
Step 1: Using a small saucepan, mix the rice vinegar, water, maple syrup, sugar and salt and bring to a boil.
Step 2: Allow to boil for about 3 minutes or until the sugar dissolves all the way.
Step 3: Add in the sliced jalapeños and let boil for another 5-6 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the jalapeños and place in a container.
Step 5: Continue to boil the liquid in the saucepan for approximately 8 minutes or so, letting it reduce down by about half.
Step 6: Pour this liquid on top of the jalapeños and allow to cool.
Step 7: Use as needed.
Hot Honey Butter Sauce
Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a small pot over medium heat.
Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients together to emulsify to a smooth consistency and the sauce starts to bubble gently.
Step 3: Remove sauce from pot and serve warm as needed.
