Bacon Sweet Potato Pizza Recipe

A great fall weather inspired LTO with Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™, shredded provolone/mozzarella blend roasted sweet potato, topped with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

SERVES: 8 SLICES

1 ea.Round Hand tossed Double Dough
4 oz.Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™
3 oz.Provolone/Mozzarella Blend, shredded
3 oz.Sweet Potato, small diced
2 oz.Arugula
As garnishBalsamic Glaze
As neededOlive Oil
Directions
  1. Grab the dough, cover tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
  2. To assemble each pizza: Spread 3 ounces of provolone/mozzarella blend evenly over crust. Top with 4 ounces of Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™, 3 ounces of roasted sweet potato and 2 ounces of arugula.
  3. Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes and finish with drizzle of balsamic glaze.
