Cheesy meatloaf with zesty Italian-style marinara-sauced peppers and onions served on a whole grain roll and made extra cheesy with white cheese sauce

Italian Style Meatloaf Stacker
10 rolls
WG Bun, 2.0oz.
1 ¼ cup (10 oz.)
Red Bell Pepper, julienned
1 ¼ cup (10 oz.)
Green Bell Pepper, julienned
1 ¼ cup (10 oz.)
Yellow Onion, julienned
1 ¼ cup (10 oz.)
Marinara
¼ cup
Olive Oil
10 oz
White Cheese Sauce
Directions
- Place frozen Cheeseburger Meatloaf patties in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and cook for 12-14 min. at 350°F. Hold in warmer until ready to build sandwiches.
- In a bowl, toss Onions, Red and Green Bell Peppers with Olive Oil
- Spread evenly in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and cook for 5 min. at 350°F. Mix halfway through for even cooking
- Bring Marinara to cooked temperature
- Add roasted Onions and Peppers to warmed Marinara and store in heat well until ready to build sandwiches
- Warm cheese sauce per manufacturer’s directions for easy application
To Build Sandwich:
- Open buns and place Meatloaf on bottom bun
- With a #8 scoop (1/2 cup), place Peppers, Onions and Marinara on top of Meatloaf
- Finish with a 1 oz. warm white cheese sauce drizzle. Use a ladle or a squeeze bottle.
- Place top bun on top and serve.
