Spicy Chicken Pickle Sandwich

This crispy, spicy chicken filet sits in between a warm brioche bun with marinated cucumbers, Japanese mayonnaise and a garlic chile sauce. It serves well with a salad for an extra crispy crunch or with a side of French fries.

Brioche Bun

2 oz.

Fresh Cucumber, sliced 1/8” thick

1 Tbsp.

Garlic Chile Sauce 

1 tsp.

Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp.

Japanese Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Toss the cucumbers, garlic chile sauce and rice wine vinegar together in a bowl. Reserve cold for service.

Step 2

From frozen, heat the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet in a 350°F oven for 5-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cooking times will vary between equipment used.

Step 3

Toast the brioche bun. Spread the Japanese mayonnaise onto the bottom bun.

Step 4

Place the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet atop the Japanese mayonnaise.

Step 5

Add the marinated cucumbers on top of the Tyson Red Label® chicken breast filet and top with the other half of the bun before serving.
