Korean-Inspired Chicken Nachos Recipe

Flavorful fusion for your appetizer menu! Tasty Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites placed on crispy tortilla chips, topped with melted spicy queso bravo and pickled slaw mix. Spicy and sweet fermented Gochujang complements the apple cider vinegar and sriracha sauce. Top with cool and creamy mayonnaise dollops, and garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.

Directions for Prep (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in 350ºF fryer for 60-90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF. Hold hot for service.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients for spicy slaw and hold cold for service.

Step 3: Mix all ingredients for Sriracha Mayo and hold cold for service in a squeeze bottle.

Step 4: Steam or boil the queso bravo in bag until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF. Place in a covered pan and hold hot for hot service.

Directions for Build (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Place 2 oz. of chips in a layer on sheet tray and top with 1 oz. queso and 1 oz. of Spicy Slaw.

Step 2: Add another layer with the remaining 2 oz. of chips and 1 oz. of Spicy Slaw.

Step 3: Top with 3 oz. of Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites scattered over the top of nachos.

Step 4: Drizzle the remaining 1 oz. of queso and 2 oz. of Sriracha Mayo over the top of everything.

Step 5: Garnish with fresh picked cilantro sprigs (*3-5 leaves with stem) and toasted sesame seeds.
