This is pasta with passion! Sweet, spicy honey chicken breast chunks dance with creamy tomato sauce and tangy feta on a stage of tender linguine. A sprinkle of red pepper flakes gives it a touch of heat that's hard to beat.

1 tbsp. | Parsley, fresh chopped |
1/2 tsp. | Chili Flake (garnish) |
1 ea. | Cherry Tomato bunch, on the vine, roasted (garnish) |
Tomato Cream Sauce
Yield: 48 oz.

2 tbsp. | Olive Oil |
1/2 cup | Onion, white, diced |
1 tbsp. | Garlic, minced |
32 oz. | Tomato, crushed, canned |
1 tsp. | Oregano, dry |
2 tsp. | Basil, dry |
1 tbsp. | Salt |
1/2 cup | Heavy Cream |
1/2 cup | Feta, fresh, crumbled |
Step 1: Preheat fryer to 350F. Deep fry chicken breast chunks 5 -7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 140F. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: In a saute pan bring the tomato cream sauce to a simmer. Add cooked pasta to the pan and wait for it to come back up to a simmer before tossing the pasta in the pan, to coat it in sauce. Fold in fresh parsley just before plating.
Step 3: Using tongs, plate the pasta in the bottom of a wide bowl.
Step 4: Plate chicken breat chunks over the top of pasta.
Step 5: Garnish with fresh parsley, feta crumbles, a roasted cherry tomato bunch and and a pinch of chili flakes.
Tomato Cream Sauce
Step 1: Cook the onion and garlic in olive oil in a sauce pot over medium heat until translucent 4-5 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in the crushed tomato, dried oregano and basil. Bring to a simmer and season with salt. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
Step 3: Reduce heat to low and slowly stir in heavy cream and crumbled feta.
Step 4: For a smoother sauce, you can blend before using.
