Sliced smoked sausage topped with curry powder and hot sauce and served with a side of Bavarian pretzels. Chefs Tips:  This also can be served in a bun, where links are uncut, topped with seasoned tomato puree and dusted with curry powder.

1 Tsp. Curry powder
1 Oz.Seasoned tomatoe puree

 

Directions

Step 1: Cook Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage rope and cut in coins approx. 1/2"-3/4” thick.

Step 2: Arrange neatly on plate.

Step 3: Drizzle with seasoned tomato puree and dust with curry powder.
