This sandwich is layered with bacon drizzled in a rich apple cider and brown sugar glaze, offering the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and indulgently sticky.

1 ea.Apple Fritter, split in half
2 piecesWright® Brand Naturally Applewood Smoked Regular Sliced Bacon, Flat-Pack® Packaging, 14-18 Slices per Pound, Gas Flushed
1 oz.Apple Cider
4 tbsp.Brown Sugar
Directions

Step 1: Cook bacon on a flat top over medium heat until golden and crispy. Remove and hold warm for service.

Step 2: In a small sauce pot, bring apple cider to a simmer, add brown sugar and reduce until syrupy. Hold warm.

Step 3: Split apple fritter in half and place 2 pieces of bacon cut in half on bottom bun.

Step 4: Drizzle apple cider glaze over bacon. 

Step 5: Top other piece of apple fritter. Serve warm.
