Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filets, 5.2 oz.
Step 1: Deep Fry Chicken. To prepare Tyson® Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filet, preheat cooking oil to 350°F.
Step 2: From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket.
Step 3: Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature.
Step 4: Remove from oil, slice in half.
Step 5: Set aside.
Step 6: Combine lemon juice, olive oil and fresh greens in mixing bowl.
Step 7: Toss until fully dressed.
Step 8: To assemble pita, spread 1 Tbsp. hummus on pita bread, followed by the tossed green mix, red onion, cucumber slices, feta cheese, and half of chicken filet.
Step 9: Fold pita in half and repeat steps for second pita.
Step 10: Serve immediately.
