Preparation

Cook from Frozen. Convection Oven Preheat convection oven to 375°F with fans on full. Place Filets on a wire rack that has been sprayed with pan release. Cook Filets for 19 to 22 minutes. To hold filets after cooking it is recommended they are held in a single layer on a wire rack. Do Not stack or shingle.
Deep Fry
Cook from Frozen. Deep Fry Preheat fryer to 350°F. Place filets in fryer basket. Do not overfill basket. Cook filets for 5 to 7 minutes. To hold filets after cooking it is recommended they are held in a single layer on a wire rack. Do Not stack or shingle.
