Spicy Breakfast Chicken Sandwich Recipe

1 EA.Tyson Red Label® Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filet
1 EA.Biscuit, halved
2 SlicesBacon, cooked
As neededOil
1 EA.Egg, fried
1 TBSP.Maple syrup
Side (optional)Berries, fresh, mixed.

Step 1 - Deep Fry: PREPARATION: Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. Cook from frozen. To prepare Tyson® Authentically Crispy Spicy Chicken Breast Filet, preheat cooking oil to 350°F. From frozen, place filet in a fryer basket, submerge in oil, and shake basket. Cook the product for 7.5 minutes until product reaches at least 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oil and set aside.

Step 2 - In a large sauté pan fry the egg sunny side up by heating oil and adding egg, heating until egg white is fully cooked but yolk is still tender, roughly 30 to 60 seconds. Remove from heat.

Step 3 - To Prepare Each Sandwich: plate the bottom half of biscuit and layer with cooked bacon, spicy filet, fried sunny side egg and drizzle of maple syrup. Place biscuit top half on side of sandwich. Pair with fresh berries on the side (optional). Serve immediately.
