|2 Tbsp.||Pesto aioli, commercially prepared|
|1 oz.||Spinach, fresh|
|3 slices||Roma tomatoes, sliced|
|3 slices||Fresh mozzarella|
|As needed||Fresh basil|
Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
Step 1 - Conventional Oven: Unpackage Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Step 2 - Assemble sandwich: spread pesto aioli on inner sides of both bread halves; layer bottom piece of bread with spinach, sliced tomato, mozzarealla, basil, chicken brest and top half of bread. Serve immediately.
