Garden Harvest Caprese Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A fresh and flavorful take on a classic! A grilled Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet is sandwiched in French bread and layered with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, spinach and fresh basil. Top it off with a tangy pesto aioli.

1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet, 4 oz.
1 ea.French Bread - 6 Inch - Sliced Lengthwise
2 Tbsp.Pesto Aioli  (Commercially Prepared)
1 oz.Spinach - Fresh
3 slicesRoma Tomatoes - Sliced
3 slicesFresh Mozzarella
As neededFresh Basil

 

Directions

Step 1: Convection Oven: Place frozen Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet on a lined (non-stick) baking sheet with a small amount of water. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 17-21 minutes

Step 2: To prepare the sandwich, spread pesto aioli on inner sides of both bread halves; layer bottom piece of bread with spinach, sliced tomato, mozzarella, basil, chicken breast and top half of bread. Serve immediately.
