Buffalo Chicken Meatballs and Ranch Rice Bowl

Tasty, All Natural* Chicken Meatballs tossed in spicy buffalo sauce and served over top ranch-seasoned brown rice.  

Ingredients

SERVES: 10

Buffalo Chicken Meatballs &With Ranch Rice Bowl

50 meatballs Tyson® All Natural* Chicken Meatballs, #10110260328 
10 cups Brown Rice, cooked 
6 Tbsp + 2 tsp. Ranch Seasoning 
1 ¼ cup (10 oz.) Celery, finely diced 
5 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce 
Directions
  1. Prepare Brown Rice to manufacturer’s instructions
  2. While rice is hot, thoroughly mix in Ranch Seasoning and Diced Celery. 
  3. Cover seasoned rice and hold in warmer until ready to serve
  4. Place frozen Meatballs in single layer on sheet pan and cook for 15-18 min for 350°F – until Meatballs reach an internal temperature of 145°F
  5. Thoroughly coat the warm Meatballs in the buffalo sauce and hold in warmer until ready to serve

To Build Bowl:

  1. With an 8oz spoodle (1 cup), add Seasoned Rice to your serving bowl
  2. Place 5 Meatballs on top of seasoned rice and serve
